How Deal Field Guide may earn money

Some marketplaces and brokers pay publishers a referral fee when a reader uses their link and completes a qualifying action, such as selling a business. The provider pays the fee; you pay nothing extra. Today no provider pays us: none of our referral links is active.

The provider pays us out of its own fee

If you follow a referral link and then, for example, sell your business through that provider, the provider pays us a share of the fee it earns. That share comes out of the provider's earnings. It is not added to what you pay.

Programs differ in what qualifies, how long a referral counts and how much they pay. The published terms of each are summarized in the table below.

A provider is shown as active only once its agreement is approved and its referral link is live on this site. Until then its buttons go to its official public page as ordinary links, and we earn nothing from them.

An active referral link carries a short disclosure right beside the button, and it is marked as sponsored for search engines. Links go straight to the provider; we do not hide them behind redirects.

Referral fees do not decide recommendations

  • Providers are listed alphabetically.
  • Fit is judged only on published evidence.
  • FE International, which has no referral relationship with us, stays in the comparison because it suits some readers.
  • A fee we cannot confirm is shown as unknown. It never makes an option look cheaper.

The methodology explains how fit is judged, and the editorial policy explains how the separation is kept.
